We may also decide to close the whistleblower procedure immediately in the event of repeated reports containing no significant new information compared with a previous closed report. In such cases, we will inform you of the reasons for such a decision.<\/p>\n<p>If we are unable to help you in the context of the Act of 8 December 2022, we will examine whether the Committee can be referred to on the basis of its other responsibilities.
