As whistleblower, you have the right to request support from the Federal Institute for Human Rights (FIRM-IFDH), an independent public institution.

This may include:

• free, independent information and advice on the reporting procedure and protection against reprisals, and on your rights as a whistleblower, including personal data protection rights;
• psychological, social, technical and media support;
• legal assistance in criminal or civil proceedings, including cross-border proceedings;
• financial assistance for legal proceedings.

The support will be provided by the FIRM-IFDH itself or through specialised lawyers or psychologists.
