Every year, the Committee reports on its activities to the Monitoring Committee of the Chamber of Representatives responsible for monitoring Committee P and Committee R/I and to the relevant ministers.

After presenting its activity report for the Monitoring Committee, the Committee makes its report public.

This report features general conclusions on the operations of the services concerned throughout the past calendar year and makes recommendations. Particular attention is paid to the specific and exceptional methods of data collection and the a posteriori controls that the Committee carries out in this regard.
