Committee P has been designated as the external reporting channel responsible for receiving and following up on reports of integrity breaches within the integrated police, the Coordination Unit for Threat Analysis (CUTA) or the Inspectorate General of the Federal and Local Police Forces (AIG).

For breaches of integrity within all other federal public sector bodies, the Federal Ombudsman is the external reporting channel.

If a report is referred to the Committee R/I but the matter is outside its jurisdiction and this report falls under another external reporting channel identified, the Committee shall forward the report to the latter for processing and shall inform the whistleblower of this.
